Independent travel assistance
AirTripAssist is an independent travel-assistance website that may connect callers with third-party travel-service providers or agents. AirTripAssist is not an airline, an official airline website, or an airline customer-service department. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Service scope
Calls may connect travelers with independent travel service providers to discuss flight changes, cancellations, or new booking options. Whether a provider can service an existing ticket depends on the ticket issuer, airline rules, and the services offered by that provider.
No guarantee of availability
AirTripAssist does not guarantee that any particular fare, seat, routing, refund, change, or cancellation option will be available.
Fees and referral compensation
Third-party travel service providers may charge service fees. Ask the provider to disclose applicable costs before agreeing to any service or payment. AirTripAssist may receive compensation for referrals or eligible calls.
