How the call service works
What happens when you call?
Independent travel assistance may be useful, but your airline, booking seller and any provider can have different roles.
How the call service works
- Prepare your flight details.
Have your airline name, travel dates, booking details and a short explanation of what you need ready.
- Call to discuss available options.
The number on AirTripAssist may connect you to an independent third-party travel service provider. This is not the airline's official customer-service number.
- Review the offer before you proceed.
Ask what assistance the provider can offer for your itinerary and whether a separate service charge, fare difference or other payment would apply. You decide whether to purchase a service.
What should you ask a provider?
- Can you assist with my specific airline, ticket and request?
- Are you modifying my existing booking or offering a new reservation?
- What is the total cost of any service, including any provider service fees?
- What cancellation, refund and change conditions apply to the proposed booking?
What AirTripAssist does not promise
AirTripAssist is independent of airlines. We cannot guarantee that a live agent will be available at every hour, that a ticket can be changed by a third party, that a refund will be approved, or that a particular itinerary or price will be available.
